 Paul Bauer is Director of Marketing and Projects for Concepts By Staib, Ltd., Walter Staib’s global hospitality consulting company, as well as Director of Marketing and Liaison to the National Park Service for City Tavern restaurant. As such, he has managed the creation and implementation of numerous restaurant projects in the US, Europe, Asia, Central America and The Caribbean. Mr. Bauer holds a degree in International Studies and Foreign Languages from Drexel University and has occupied posts at the Philadelphia Department of Commerce and the Agence Consulaire Française à Philadelphie. Before joining Concepts By Staib, Ltd. in 1999, he gained invaluable hospitality experience at Ritz-Carlton and a number of independent four and five star restaurants.
