International Food & Beverage Hall of Fame Gala Dinner menu
The event will start with a Champagne Cocktail Reception during which the guests can view details of the final auction items for the Benefits of The International Food & Beverage Forum’s Endowment Fund supporting scholarships for young Hospitality students.
After the Cocktail you will be served a six course Dinner, prepared by visiting Lady Master Chefs Celina Tio, Kansas City; Liz Seaton, Hong Kong; Lea Linster, Luxembourg; Jin Caldwell, Las Vegas and the brigade of Bally’s accompanied by wines from around the world selected by Deluca Liquors & Wines.
Before the Main course the newly elected 2004 inductees of the International Food & Beverage Hall of Fame Jesse Sartain, American Academy of Taste and Alain Vavro, designer, France as well as the 2004 Restaurateur of the year Gustav Mauler, Las Vegas will receive their trophies.
Honorees
During Dinner some very special items will be auctioned off “live” by Tom DiNardo, from DiNardo & Lord Auctioneers. All the proceeds of this evening will benefit young hospitality students.
