World Gourmet Club Gala Dinner menu

The event will start with a Champagne Reception and a selection of very special Hors d’oeuvres prepared by Peng S. Looi, Malaysia and Antonio Tardi, Jamaica.

After the Reception you will be served a six-course Dinner prepared by visiting Master Chefs Peng S. Looi, Malaysia; Costa Ganotis, Melbourne, Australia; Scott Webster, Sydney, Australia; Flemming Pedersen, Las Vegas; Walter Staib, Philadelphia and the brigade of Bally’s, accompanied by fine wines from around the world selected by Deluca Liquors & Wines.

After the first course new members of the World Gourmet Club will be officially inducted by the founding partner of the Club Dr. hc Kurt H. Fischer.

Following the Main-Course Tom DiNardo, from DiNardo & Lord Auctioneers will conduct a live auction for the benefit of young hospitality students. Auction items include packages for all six World Gourmet Club events in 2007.

Dinner music will be performed by the Mellowtones Big band, which will also play dance music after dinner.
