Great Australian Dinner Menu
The event will start with a Penfolds Reception and a selection of very special Hors d’oeuvres.
After the Reception you will be served a four-course Dinner, prepared by Scott Webster, Sydney and Kosta Ganotis, Melbourne, Australia, and the brigade of Bally’s accompanied by wines from Penfolds, Australia.
Before the Main course a top Executive of the Australian Trade Commission will give a presentation about Australian Products.
The entertainment during dinner is performed by the Dehner Franks Jazz Trio. |
