AUSTRALIAN PAVILION
- Showcasing Australian Food and Beverage products and Australian manufactured products
- Two Australian Master Chefs
- Several Australian Wine makers
WINE EXHIBITION
- A large number of wineries from around the world will present over 300 wines
- Regional wine commissions, such as the Cote du Rhone, will present their wines in special designated areas
- During the Grand Gourmet Safari “The International Food & Beverage Forum Wine Awards 2006” will be awarded
FOOD PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT EXHIBITION
- In cooperation with the Professional Chefs Association and the International Food & Beverage Forum a number of companies will present their food products and food-related equipment at individual booths
OTHER BEVERAGE STATIONS
- Specialty Bars will feature an assortment of beverages including Vodka, Tequila, Bourbon, Whisky, Rum and Beer
- A Cognac and Cigar Bar is located on the Terrace in front of World Market Center

FOOD & WINE PAIRING CLASSES
- Renowned Master Chefs will demonstrate their favorite recipes and Master Sommeliers, Wine writers & Winemakers will pair those dishes with the appropriate wines
CULINARY COMPETITIONS
- The Professional Chefs Association will organize live culinary competitions such as Vegetable Carving and Ice Carving
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
- The Management of World Market Center will feature two lifestyle seminars
- Individual Restaurateurs from Las Vegas will host food stations to showcase their Restaurant’s specialties
- Famous wine writers will autograph and sell their latest editions
- Well-known artists will show their Food & Beverage-related designs and photographs
CHARITY AUCTION
- In the afternoon, a live auction of items donated by our sponsors, members and friends of The International Food & Beverage Forum will be held for the benefit of young hospitality students
- The auction items will include stays at luxury hotels, dinners at top restaurants and large bottles of wine from four continents
- Cook books from participating Chefs will be autographed and sold for the benefit of young hospitality students
