The International Food & Beverage Forum is an organization which fosters the education of young hospitality professionals. The World Gourmet Summit provides an excellent opportunity to both educate through example and to raise funds for scholarships for under-privileged students. Over the last ten years, more than $350,000 have been distributed by the International Food & Beverage Forum.
