- Worked 20 years for Westin Hotels World Wide including 13 years as Executive Chef at the world famous Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles, C A.
- Chef for most official and unofficial culinary events for President Ronald Reagan and the first family for 82 –90, which took place in Los Angeles.
- Recipient of numerous Gold Medals and grand Awards at International Culinary competitions in Johannesburg South Africa, Osaka Japan, the culinary Olympics 84 & 88 in Germany and the winning of the culinary World cup competition in Luxembourg 1986 with Team U.S.A.

1982 Los Angeles Chef of the Year by restaurant writers association.
1986 The Academy of Television Art and Science Most Favorite Chef.
Five Star CircleHall of Fame as Executive Chef for La Chaumire by National Restaurant Association
1992 Foodservice Person of the year – City of Hope.
1992 Named one of the twelve best Chefs in US by best of the Best finest dining awards.
1991 – 94 Accommodation by The City of Burbank, Los Angeles CA and Las Vegas NV respectively through the Mayors and Governors office for special accomplishments in culinary arts, education and community service.
2003 Induction into International Food and Beverage Hall of Fame Society at Johnson and Wales University, Rhode Island.
